Entry Eleven- Final Stretch of the Drive October 29th-30th

After leaving Moab we didn’t spend much time having fun… We spent many hours working and driving in order to make it to Oregon before my seasonal employment with Amazon Camperforce gets going! 

We moved from Springville and tried to see the temple as we drove through Salt Lake City. We hunted for potatoes in the barren fields in Idaho before finally making it to the Oregon Trail Rest Stop in Ontario Oregon! We spent a very chilly evening before heading to a suburb of Portland to see our close friend Anders. 

We also forgot that you can’t pump your own gas in Oregon, but the gas attendants always give Ares treats so I think we are alright with them… for now.

Almost to our home for the next six weeks!
